FERNANDES e ALBERTO LOURENÇO SILVA FILHO, uma vez
que não são e nem nunca foram empregadores do exequente ou
mesmo se beneficiaram indiretamente de sua mão de obra. Tratamse tão somente de sócios das empresas AUTO SERVIÇO AUDI e
AXONIO SERVIÇOS LTDA que foram consideradas como
pertencentes ao mesmo grupo econômico da reclamada. Cabe
ressaltar que tais empresas foram assim consideradas por
possuírem sócios comuns com a executada principal, os quais, diga
-se, já estão sendo executados neste feito.
Defiro, todavia, a inclusão do Sr. AUGUSTO MARTINS SIQUEIRA
DOS SANTOS, uma vez que o documento de fls. 538 sugere ser o
referido senhor sócio oculto da executada principal.
Dê-se ciência ao autor.
Após, inclua-se o sr. Augusto no polo passivo, citando-o para
pagamento do débito em 02 dias.
Cumpra-se.
